We bought this to replace a traditional over the range microwave we had that was working ok but we loved the look of this microwave. Makes our kitchen look so much better with the flat front. Not to mention warming up food is easy and it warms the food evenly unlike most microwaves we have had. It is easy to clean and I would recommend this microwave to anyone!

Very sleek, quiet, and quality microwave

Purchased to replace existing old Frigidaire microwave from the same line (gallery line), and had no issues replacing as footprint was exactly the same, lining up perfectly with mounting bracket & cabinet holes (above stove in kitchen) making installation very simple. Newer design is much more sleek, having no handle, making for a simple cleaner look (and easier for cleaning face). Newer version also adds some useful additional features, is much quieter, and filters are more easily accessible. Being available in different finishes also makes choice easy as can be utilized with different name brands, as logo is discrete & well placed, not immediately drawn to eye. Would definitely recommend, as microwave is nicely priced, equipped, and works well with no issues, and again, much quieter than others.

Had to replace a previous microwave, and have had really good luck with a Frigidaire stove we bought 14+ years ago, so stuck with Frigidaire. The new over-the-range microwave is a wonderful addition! All of the functions are easily available which makes for fast setups and the interior seems huge, compared to our old one. I measured to insure it would fit in the proper spot over the stove, and it was a perfect fit! Thank you Frigidaire!!

Touch screen panel on this microwave was intermittent from the start. Went through warranty company. Part to fix the touch panel was unavailable. We received a credit for new microwave after owning it for 2 and a half months, credit doesn™€™t cover tax or inconvenience for a non working unit for over two months.

All microwaves are similar™€"- they cook or heat up things however the design of this one is superior. No handle means it™€™s easier to wipe down and keep front clean. Program buttons are across the bottom rather than on the side as per usual so they are a bit larger. Works great. Would definitely buy again. Good price for the appearance and functionality.

Had to replace a 7 year old Samsung microwave. I used to have Frigidaire appliances before and they were reliable. We had a refrigerator and an electric stove and they worked great for many years. When we remodeled our kitchen we switched out the appliances, with apparently better quality with all the bells and whistles. We got Samsung appliances. The refrigerator had to be repaired 4 times. Their ice maker was not working properly and it had to be replaced. The electric stove also had to be fixed. So when I got to replace my microwave, I decided to replace it with a Frigidaire. I had the experience of having used Frigidaire appliances and they were very reliable products.Switching to other brand knowingly that Frigidaire products are reliable, that™€™s on me. Never again™€¦.

Should be very useful but I don™€™t think it would be very durable.Problem #1 - the exhaust fan is very loud # 2 - the door is a bit flimsy, when installed & opened it was hanging down approximately 2 inches. Had to remove the door & realign the hinges.Definitely not recommended for children to be using

Missing Parts & Accessories, Terrible Customer Service

I ordered this appliance from Home Depot in May. Arrived in tact and not damaged. Stored it in original box until our project was ready for it. Opened it only to discover that ALL the hardware, instructions, and additional parts were not included. Called Frigidaire customer service, was told I needed to call Home Depot and rudely and abruptly hung up on by Marcus. Started a chat with Home Depot, while also calling customer service back. Second agent, Dak, was ready to look up a part number to give me a price, I politely told him I wasn't paying for something that was never sent in the first place, asked that he please not hang up on me, and he gave me a number to Frigidaire Parts. In the meantime, Home Depot tells me that for missing parts, I need to contact the manufacturer, and gives me the same phone number I had already called twice. I called the parts number the second agent gave me, only to be told, she only sells parts and can't send me anything for free. I have been at this for 3 hours now, and am only going in circles getting more frustrated by the minute. I have registered my product in hopes of getting help there, because when I try to even look up the parts on their website for that model number, it returns 0 parts. This has been the worst customer service and one of the most frustrating situations I've dealt with. If you value your sanity, steer clear of this line of products.

Not only is this stunningly gorgeous, it™€™s easy to see the icons! This is why we chose it over all the others. We read the instructions before using and have had clear sailing ever since. Our friends are impressed! It™€™s even beautiful on the inside due to the design on the rear wall. It™€™s more powerful than our old one so we use less time. This was quite an upgrade and well worth it. I recommend this one to anyone wanting a gorgeous and highly functional microwave. My husband installed it , only needing help to lift it into position. Luckily our adult son was with us. You won™€™t regret buying one.
